Citroen je i definitivno potvrdio učešće u WTCC-u 2014. otkrivši automobil koji će voziti Sebastien Loeb. “The Citroën C-Elysée WTCC” je ujedno i prvi model razvijen po novom pravilniku FIA-e za slijedeću sezonu. Bit će pogonjen istim agregatom koji koristi i DS3 WRC zapremine 1,6 litara te turbo punjačem sa direktnim ubrizgavanjem goriva, sa oko 380KS. Pogon je prednji sa šestostepenim sekvencijalnim mjenjačem.
